Hello note.

Hi, welcome to the clocktower. I'm Alex. Here's my "This I believe" Podcast by the way if anyone is wondering why it's not in my sidebar (was it supposed to be?): Podcast Link

Relativity, by M.C. Escher

The image on the left is a famous "lithograph print" by M.C. Escher titled "Relativity".
It's pretty clear what is interesting about this picture: The stairs going in many directions. Upon looking up some information on this image, I have found out that the stairs are on 3 different "directions" of gravity. Each of the exits to the building are on different gravity directions as well.

Not only is what you talk about true, but the picture also seems to work well with the theme and visual aesthetic of your blog. Next cycle, we're going to work with some art in much the same way you've started to do here, analyzing what is quality and why and how we can extend that to all we do.
PS - Is there a Quicktime movie on your sidebar, maybe it's music? I tried to play it but couldn't get it to work.

I like the idea of the picture. It might sound weird, but I think that this picture relates to our questions. There are many answers to our questions, and they all are different to some extent, sort of like how the stairs or going in many directions, and how they are on different directions of gravity. What do you think?

That makes a lot of sense actually. Yeah, it's like: There's many of choices in life, just like there are many stairs in the picture, and the consequences of taking those choices are variable, just like the different openings in the building. Great connection!

Oh and (Sorry for the double post) Mr. Watson, yeah it is music on the sidebar, hmm...I'll see if I can get it to work.
